We offer a range of rings and ready-made designs. All products are subject to availability and are described to the best of our ability on our website. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any products or services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We accept payment through Paystack and bank deposits. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
4. Pricing and Shipping
Prices for our products are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. Shipping anywhere in South Africa will be free of charge. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
5. Custom Orders
For custom ring orders, we require specific details, including but not limited to size, design preferences, and materials. Once an order for a custom ring is confirmed, it is final and non-refundable. The estimated time for custom orders will be provided at the time of purchase, but delays may occur due to material availability or other factors.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, provided the items are in original condition (unworn and undamaged). Custom or personalized rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more detailed instructions on how to return or exchange items.
7. Warranty
Our rings come with a 3-month warranty. This warranty covers defects in material or craftsmanship related to the stones used in our rings. If a stone is found to be defective under normal conditions, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations made by third parties.
Exclusions:
- Everyday Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, chips, or cracks caused by daily use.
- Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or neglect is not covered under this warranty.
- Alterations and Repairs: Any alteration or repair of the ring outside of our authorized services will void this warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Azzara Gems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.
