Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • Custom or engraved orders may take longer—please allow up to 3- 4 weeks for processing.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options based on your location and preferences:

    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    • Cost: Free (on orders over R1000)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.
  • We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Please be aware of any additional charges for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
